Your tenders will appear on the CirrusTenders website, which already has thousands of nationwide suppliers and contractors registered and ready to bid on tenders. Your tender will be able to be accessed easily by bidders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is readily available to the bidders up to the last seconds of your tender deadline.

As well as making it easier for the bidders, CirrusTenders has a number of features to make the tendering process quicker, simpler and easier for the buyer. These features include:

CLARIFICATIONS

Communication of clarifications to all bidders (a legal requirement for EU compliant tenders) is quick and simple. To circulate clarifications simply copy in a member of the CirrusTenders team when responding to the query and they will place the clarification onto the website. This allows all bidders to view the clarifications at any point of the tender process, regardless of how late they enter the process.

AUDIT REPORTS

At any point during and after the tender process the buyer using their unique account can download audit reports for specific tenders. The audit reports provide the bidders’ contact details, the stage and status of their submission. As the name suggests this audit report can be saved to your system or downloaded from the site and used for purposes of internal and external audit.

SECURITY

The tender submissions are safely stored on the secure Cirrus server and can be downloaded at anytime after the deadline. This removes the risk of losing any tender submissions as they can always be found in the same safe location.

PDF CREATION

CirrusTenders produces a separate PDF for each tender submission; this makes tender evaluations clear and simple. Every PDF submission appears in the same format and style allowing the buyers to concentrate on the content of submissions.

SPREADSHEET REPORT

Once the PQQ or ITT is completed CirrusTenders produces a .csv formatted spreadsheet report. This report makes it easy to search for facts and figures within the tender. The report helps speed up evaluations of specific responses; such as levels of insurance and/or pass/fail yes/no questions.

SHORTLISTING

Shortlisting bidders for the second stage of a tender is simple; once you have completed your evaluations simply inform the CirrusTenders team of the successful bidders. The CirrusTenders team will allow the successful bidders access to the second stage of the tender.
